Architect – Design & Project Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead and support architectural activities across a portfolio of building and development projects in the MENA region. You will be responsible for guiding projects from concept through detailed design, construction documentation, site coordination, and final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept development to detailed design, construction documentation, and project completion.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate drawings, specifications, construction details, material selections, and technical documentation.
• Integrate architectural requirements with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review design packages, contractor submissions, shop drawings, material samples, and method statements for compliance.
• Conduct design reviews, site assessments, mock‑up inspections, and final inspections, resolving technical issues.
• Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Support construction, handover, snagging, close‑out documentation, and final inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, approved designs, and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, project development, and on‑site execution.
• Experience in hospitality, industrial facilities, hospitals, or office projects.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
