Architect – Düzce Manufacturing Facility

About the role

In this position you will lead the architectural design, planning and execution of new investment, renovation and improvement projects at our Düzce Manufacturing Facility. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will ensure that all designs meet operational needs, GMP requirements, relevant regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural concepts for production areas, laboratories, warehouses, offices and ancillary spaces.
• Prepare detailed drawings, construction details and technical documentation from concept through construction.
• Coordinate architectural work with mechanical, electrical, civil and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, building codes, fire safety and occupational health and safety standards.
• Select materials, prepare specifications, perform quantity take‑offs and manage technical details.
• Monitor contractors and suppliers, conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Support tendering, bid evaluation, procurement and contractor payment processes with technical expertise.
• Track project scope, quality, budget and schedule to guarantee successful delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, project development and on‑site execution.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, food or cosmetics.
• Proven track record designing industrial facilities, production areas, laboratories, offices and related spaces.
• Experience with landscape design and site surveys.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing, material selection, technical specifications and quantity take‑offs.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Düzce.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous architectural projects and the candidate’s role.

Required skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Revit or BIM applications.
• Ability to coordinate with mechanical, electrical, civil and other engineering teams.
• Understanding of building regulations, fire safety and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and clean‑room design principles (preferred).
