Art Director (Graphic Designer)

About the role

Mirket Agency is a digital marketing agency based in Izmir that helps brands connect with their audiences through social media strategies and creative design. As an Art Director (Graphic Designer), you will join the creative team and produce high-quality static and motion designs for digital platforms, helping clients communicate their messages and strengthen their brand identities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the social media team to understand project requirements and goals.
• Design visually compelling graphics for social media posts and corporate identity elements.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for client brands.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and project briefs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools and new technologies.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and team members into designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• A strong portfolio covering a wide range of digital design projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented, creative and original approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work from the Izmir office.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
• Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles.
