About the role
Expro is seeking an Assistant Operator to support subsea projects in Turkey. Working under supervision, you will help prepare and operate subsea equipment offshore, ensuring safe and quality service for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the team with preparation and running of subsea equipment for operations under supervisory guidance.
- Attend and participate in toolbox talks and planning meetings as required.
- Work at on‑shore bases for preparation, maintenance, and return of equipment.
- Liaise with offshore supervisors and team members to discuss operations, ensuring effective communication and safe task completion.
- Interact professionally with client representatives to maintain quality of service.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to complete required competencies for current and future roles.
Required profile
- Technical knowledge gained through completion of competency for grade.
- Formal technical qualification.
- Previous working experience in an offshore environment.
