About the role

Octet Türkiye is looking for an Assistant Regional Sales Manager to support sales activities across key Turkish markets. The role involves both pre‑sales and post‑sales tasks, helping clients manage cash flow solutions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out pre‑sales and post‑sales activities aligned with business plans.
  • Analyze customer needs, develop project plans and pricing strategies, and convert potential clients into sales.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver product presentations, and visit existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Convert leads into active customers and support sales growth through strategic planning.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with proven sales experience in a payment institution, financial institution or banking environment.
  • No travel restrictions and strong written and verbal English proficiency.

Required skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
