Assistant Reservations Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Reservations Manager at Zuma, you will support the Reservations Manager in delivering seamless guest experiences. You will handle high‑volume booking enquiries, optimise seating capacity and ensure the reservation system runs flawlessly in a fast‑paced, luxury restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest calls promptly, amend bookings, and resolve inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and accommodate regular guests and VIPs, manage waiting lists, and maximise table turnover.
• Maintain accurate records in the reservations system, confirming, cancelling or adjusting bookings as needed.
• Coordinate with the front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth seating flow and service timing.
• Assist the Reservations Manager in overseeing the reservations team, maintaining high communication standards.
• Train and support team members to uphold Zuma’s exceptional guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reservations or front‑of‑house roles, preferably in a high‑volume, luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English, with a strong ability to build rapport.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Team‑player who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with reservation platforms, specifically SevenRooms.
