About the role
We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Assistant Retail Design & Delivery Manager to support the Tersane Istanbul waterfront destination project. You will manage retail, residence and hotel fit‑out projects from design development through handover.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate fit‑out projects across the full lifecycle, including design, planning, budgeting and delivery.
- Coordinate with tenants, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Supervise on‑site construction activities, conduct regular inspections and enforce quality, safety and HSE standards.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical issues and prepare progress reports for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Technical University preferred).
- 5‑8 years of experience in retail, residence or hotel fit‑out and construction projects.
- Proven on‑site construction management and project delivery experience.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
