Assistant Store Manager – Istanbul Florentia AVM

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Leader in daily operations of the Dyson store in Istanbul, ensuring the brand experience is delivered flawlessly. This hands‑on role combines coaching, floor leadership, and operational oversight to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, recommend improvements, and support testing of new services.
• Track and execute actions that boost store performance and share observations with the Store Leader.
• Maintain Dyson’s high customer experience standards, handle first‑level complaints, and create personalized interactions.
• Collaborate on retail activation calendars and support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Lead daily floor activities, monitor performance metrics (sales, conversion, NPS, basket size, cross‑selling) and provide insights for action planning.
• Ensure visual, operational, safety, cash handling, and loss‑prevention standards are met.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, stock accuracy, store maintenance, and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of team‑management experience, preferably in retail.
• Good level of English.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
