Assistant Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join its Istanbul team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold brand standards, and develop a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and identifying profit opportunities.
• Set daily and weekly sales targets and monitor performance through reports.
• Control store costs, manage stock, payroll, administration and staff rotas.
• Inspire, coach and train team members on product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
• Take full responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with experience leading and developing a team.
• Proven ability to work to and exceed KPIs and sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties.
• Motivational leadership style that drives team performance.
