Assistant Vice President – Multinational Client Relationship

About the role

ING is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Wholesale Banking – Multinational Client Relationship Management to support and grow its multinational corporate portfolio from the Head Office in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Support Senior Account Managers with multinational client portfolios and build trusted relationships.
• Manage and expand business relationships with existing multinational corporate clients and prospect new ones.
• Coordinate delivery of ING’s global products and tailor‑made solutions in partnership with product, country and risk teams.
• Maintain regular dialogue with Parent Account Managers across geographies and with global/local product teams.
• Secure internal commercial and risk approvals for credit reviews and transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of wholesale banking products, risk and financial analysis, market trends and macro‑economics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English.
• Result‑oriented analytical thinker with multitasking abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
