About the role

Mango is seeking an energetic Assistant Visual Merchandiser to support visual merchandising efforts across fashion products, including clothing, accessories, and footwear. The role focuses on creating attractive store displays that align with brand standards and drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate visual merchandising activities for fashion items, ensuring consistency across stores.
• Design window displays and shelf presentations for seasonal collections.
• Create original visual presentations and redesign existing ones to attract target customers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maintain visual consistency.
• Supervise and maintain the quality and appeal of in‑store visual displays.

Required profile

• Previous experience in visual merchandising within the fashion sector, preferably clothing, accessories, and footwear.
• University training in fashion design, graphic design, visual marketing, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in similar roles, suitable for early‑career professionals.

Required skills

• Design of window displays and shelf presentations.
