Associate Scientific Territory Manager

About the role

The Associate Scientific Territory Manager provides scientific field support to selected medical facilities across Turkey. Working closely with Key Opinion Leaders, physicians, pharmacists and other stakeholders, the role drives early patient identification and ensures optimal management in line with treatment guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to diagnose new patients early and coordinate their management according to local and global guidelines.
• Provide high‑level scientific support to treatment centres and facilitate investigator‑sponsored studies.
• Educate physicians and stakeholders on product administration, infusion techniques, adverse‑event handling and cold‑chain storage requirements.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key investigators and opinion leaders to promote advocacy and speaker development.
• Represent BioMarin at scientific symposia in Turkey and abroad, delivering high‑quality presentations.

Required profile

• Experience in scientific or medical field support, preferably within biotechnology or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage physicians, pharmacists and KOLs.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish is advantageous.
