Back Office Executive – Retail Operations

About the role

As a key ambassador of the Maison, you will ensure smooth back‑office operations for a luxury boutique. Your focus on accurate stock handling, inventory control and collaboration with the boutique team will help deliver an exceptional experience for clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all stock movements – receptions, transfers, returns, reservations and consignments – and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate daily, monthly and annual stock counts, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support distant sales by preparing and packaging orders and completing required shipping paperwork.
• Assist the Cashier team with cash‑desk opening/closing procedures and bank deposit preparation.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, support audit preparation and maintain back‑office records.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail operations, stock management or inventory control.
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
