About the role
Join the team at The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor, a landmark hotel overlooking the Bosphorus. As a Bellboy you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless stay in Istanbul.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and departure, providing a friendly first impression.
- Assist with luggage handling, loading and unloading from vehicles and transporting to guest rooms.
- Offer information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options and transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and luggage storage area.
- Support valet parking, meeting‑room setup, and ensure the safety of guest belongings.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service attitude with strong verbal communication in Turkish and English.
- Physical fitness to lift luggage and stand for long periods.
- Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
