Billing Specialist

About the role

Eşarj is looking for a Billing Specialist to join its Operation and Public Affairs team. The role covers end-to-end billing processes after charging transactions, in line with Revenue Administration, EMRA, E-Invoice and E-Archive regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up billing processes after charging transactions in compliance with the applicable regulations
• Perform invoice and data controls in SAP and related systems, and correct incorrect, incomplete or failed billing records
• Manage cancellation, refund and correction invoices, and collection-invoice matching, current account and reconciliation processes
• Resolve customer and internal invoice requests and service tickets within SLA requirements
• Manage data, invoice and transaction controls in roaming billing and reconciliation
• Carry out billing, refund and revenue operations according to the accounting period closing calendar
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports on billing, revenue, refunds and reconciliation, and support forecasting and decision-making
• Analyze recurring errors and contribute to process improvement, control mechanisms and automation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• Experience in the e-mobility sector is a plus
• Experience in billing, revenue tracking, reconciliation or operational processes
• Fluency in English preferred

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP applications, preferably billing, collection and current account processes
• Receivables management, collections and payment processes
• Data and invoice control in operational systems
• Knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Archive, Revenue Administration regulations and preferably EMRA regulations
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets and reporting
