Boutique Assistant (Fixed-Term)

About the role

As a Boutique Assistant you will be a key pillar of daily operations at a luxury boutique, ensuring smooth execution of cash desk, stock, and support activities. Your precision will help deliver an exceptional Cartier experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all cash desk procedures accurately, including opening/closing, payments, refunds, VAT transactions and deposits.
• Monitor and reconcile daily cash balances and assist with financial reporting as needed.
• Support omni‑channel transactions and ensure seamless operational follow‑up.
• Manage stock movements such as receiving, transfers, reservations, consignments and returns while maintaining quality control.
• Assist with product preparation, pricing, display coordination and inventory counts (annual, cycle and ad‑hoc audits).
• Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and ensure readiness of tools, packaging and supplies.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to a welcoming boutique environment and support the sales team with packaging, documentation and operational assistance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, boutique operations or back‑office support.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Structured, reliable and service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative approach with a strong team spirit.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
