About the role
The Brand and Sales Consultant is responsible for offering products and services tailored to customer needs, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales and KPI targets.
Key responsibilities
- Offer products and services that match customer needs and keep customers informed about current campaigns.
- Monitor store layout, warehouse organization, cleanliness, and price tags regularly.
- Build and maintain a customer portfolio in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Achieve the store's sales, operations, and all defined KPI targets.
- Implement visual standards, store layout, and cleanliness to ensure brand consistency.
- Track sold products until they reach the customer and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Ability to obtain and manage customer communication consent and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Strong focus on appearance, personal hygiene, uniform compliance, and professional presentation.
