Brand Business Director, Consumer Products Division

About the role

The Brand Business Director will define and guide the country brand strategy, aligning it with international positioning and local priorities to drive growth and consumer recruitment for L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic directions and a 3‑year marketing plan, prioritising portfolio launches, renewals and core catalogue animation.
• Lead consumer and market insight collection, shaping recruitment plans and international launch adaptations.
• Manage budget, sales forecast, pricing, profitability and P&L for the brand.
• Direct the marketing mix (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and ensure integrated, engaging brand experiences.
• Mobilise cross‑functional teams and agencies to develop broader business strategies.
• Build, develop and manage a marketing team, fostering expertise and know‑how.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum 4 years).
• At least 10 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
• Team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Growth mindset, results‑driven, innovative and confident.
