Brand & Motion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Brand & Motion Designer to shape Craftgate’s visual identity across brand, marketing and product touchpoints. Working closely with Marketing, Product and Design teams, you will create static graphics, motion pieces, videos and interactive experiences that communicate our fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent visual assets for the website, digital campaigns, presentations, events, email communications and social media.
• Produce, edit and animate product videos, feature explainers, customer stories and short‑form content.
• Create motion graphics, micro‑interactions and product animations using tools such as Lottie or Rive.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers in Figma to ensure brand consistency across digital products.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear visual narratives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Professional experience in graphic, brand or motion design, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion design and video production.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience using Figma for UI collaboration.
• Video editing skills including cuts, transitions, sound design, subtitles and colour correction.
• Knowledge of animation tools such as Lottie or Rive and familiarity with AI‑powered visual production tools.
