About the role
The Budget and Reporting Manager will lead the annual budgeting process and provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions at Securitas Technology Turkey.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the organization’s annual budgeting process.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Monitor and control budgetary expenditures and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and track departmental budgets.
- Conduct financial forecasting, risk assessment and support audit activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to use financial management software.
