Budget and Reporting Supervisor

About the role

Abdi İbrahim is seeking a Budget and Reporting Supervisor to lead financial statement preparation, budgeting and reporting activities across the group. The role will act as a key liaison with auditors and support digitalisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare stand‑alone financial statements and intercompany reconciliations in line with Management Reporting Standards and IFRS.
• Serve as the single point of contact for external auditors, coordinating information requests and audit follow‑up.
• Assist the annual budgeting process and generate regular and ad‑hoc management reports.
• Support implementation and improvement of Business Intelligence tools such as SAP S4/HANA, Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Identify data variances, propose sustainable solutions and contribute to digitalisation projects.
• Prepare mandatory public enterprise declarations (e.g., TURKSTAT, CBRT).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related field; MBA or MIS is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting and preferably audit.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel (VBA a plus).
• ERP expertise: SAP S4/HANA, SAP FI‑CO.
• Business intelligence tools: Microsoft SSRS, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI.
• Understanding of multidimensional data (OLAP cubes).
