Business Audit Professional

About the role

Trendyol Finance conducts end-to-end process audits and risk assessments across core business operations to strengthen governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance. The role contributes to annual audit planning, analyses data and trends to spot emerging risks and monitors corrective actions to drive efficiency and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in risk assessment processes for core business processes and help prepare the annual audit plan.
• Carry out process audits to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management, control and governance.
• Help improve business processes, efficiency and compliance with regulations and corporate standards through detailed audits, risk assessments and optimisation recommendations.
• Execute all phases of audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up on findings.
• Review and update business processes to meet changing needs and identified gaps.
• Analyse data and trends to identify emerging risks and areas for improvement in internal controls.
• Monitor the adequacy, efficiency and timely execution of actions taken on reported issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of auditing, risk assessment and control procedures.
• Motivated self-starter who works independently and collaborates across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, decisive and persuasive communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• SQL knowledge is strictly required.
• Python is a strong plus.
