Business Consulting Senior – Business Transformation (Ankara)

About the role

EY Türkiye Business Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join its Business Transformation team in Ankara. You will lead key workstreams in complex, large-scale transformation engagements, help shape operating models, organizations and capabilities, and turn clients' strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps with measurable results. The role covers Target Operating Model, Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, Process Design, Sales and Marketing Excellence, Value Creation and Realization, Cost Optimization and TURQUALITY® advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams from diagnosis and analysis through solution design, implementation planning, change enablement and value realization.
• Structure complex challenges, run qualitative and quantitative analyses and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Design transformation solutions covering operating models, processes, capabilities, governance, technology enablement, performance management and ways of working.
• Turn strategic priorities into roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans and performance indicators.
• Own deliverables so they are insightful, data-driven and implementable.
• Integrate AI, automation, analytics, process mining and digital technologies into to-be operating models.
• Support client interviews, workshops, presentations and design sessions, and work with project managers on risks and dependencies.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, market research and go-to-market activities.
• Coordinate and review junior team members, and help develop the team's offerings, methodologies, tools and knowledge base.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics or a related field; a master's or MBA is an asset.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting, strategy consulting, business transformation or a related advisory environment.
• Experience in one or more Business Transformation disciplines and owning significant project deliverables or leading workstreams.
• Understanding of AI, automation, analytics and digital technologies in business transformation.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to travel within Türkiye and internationally when required.

Required skills

• Problem structuring, research and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Excellent report writing, presentation and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
