Business Development Representative – Education Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to meet face‑to‑face with founders, owners and senior executives of private education institutions on the European side of Istanbul. You will identify client needs, communicate the value of our solutions and manage the full sales cycle from initial meeting through proposal, negotiation and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person sales meetings with key decision‑makers at private education institutions.
• Analyse client needs and position the most relevant products and services.
• Manage proposals, negotiations and closing, including a 15‑day follow‑up period for open opportunities.
• Achieve individual new‑business revenue targets and renewal revenue targets.
• Maintain complete CRM records of meetings, opportunities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Direct B2B field sales experience with responsibility for new customer acquisition.
• Proven track record of meeting individual sales or revenue targets.
• Experience managing renewals and customer retention alongside new acquisition.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Disciplined CRM usage and willingness to work extensively in the field on the European side of Istanbul.
