About the role
InvestGC is expanding its real‑estate investment products into an Arabic‑speaking market. We are seeking a Business Development Specialist who will help build a new company and product from the ground up, working across research, legal, and market activities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for the new product.
- Identify and contact local agents, partners and third‑party service providers.
- Obtain and analyse legal opinions and regulatory requirements.
- Perform market checks and competitive analysis.
- Prepare presentation decks and business proposals.
- Coordinate follow‑ups and maintain communication with multiple stakeholders.
Required profile
- Graduate of a reputable university with a proven record of discipline and success.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; Turkish proficiency is a plus.
- Highly self‑motivated, driven and ambitious.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency.
- English language proficiency.
- Turkish language proficiency (optional).
