Business Strategy Manager

About the role

Codeway is looking for a Business Strategy Manager to join the CEO Office and work directly with the Vertical CEO and leadership team. You will shape the direction of the Utility & Productivity and Media verticals by tackling high‑impact strategic questions and turning ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders on the most critical opportunities and challenges facing the organization.
• Take ambiguous, high‑impact problems, structure them, and own strategic initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and impact measurement.
• Conduct deep‑dives into products, users, markets, competitors, and business performance to uncover growth opportunities and challenge existing assumptions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI, emerging technologies, and consumer tech trends, translating insights into actionable opportunities for the business.
• Connect cross‑functional teams, zoom out for the big picture, and dive deep when needed to ensure initiatives deliver real results.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work directly with senior leadership on strategic matters.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling ambiguous, high‑impact problems.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and a track record of driving initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and consumer tech trends.
