Cashier – Viaport Store

About the role

Join the Hugo Boss retail team as a Cashier at the Viaport Store in Istanbul. You will be the final point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth transactions and a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all cash‑desk operations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide clear guidance to customers on exchanges, returns, and refunds.
• Maintain a tidy and organized cash‑desk area.
• Ensure customers leave the store satisfied with their experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in brand retail, preferably in‑store.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and high commitment.
• Good understanding of retail operations and systems.
• Very good English proficiency.
• Enthusiastic, self‑confident and proactive attitude.
