About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our growing finance team. The role involves leading financial reporting, tax compliance, and month‑end close activities while ensuring adherence to international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead preparation and analysis of financial statements in line with IFRS.
- Manage tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting to ensure full compliance with local laws.
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes for accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with the Senior Accountant to improve financial processes and implement policies.
Required profile
- CPA certification (mandatory) and completed military service.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish tax regulations and international accounting standards.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with ERP platforms and financial systems.
