Channel Key Account Management & Strategy Executive

About the role

Domino's Turkey is looking for a Channel Key Account Management & Strategy Executive to manage its relationships with food delivery aggregators such as Trendyol Go, Yemeksepeti, Getir and Migros Yemek. The role supports the development and execution of plans across aggregator channels and contributes to the growth of online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with food delivery aggregators (Trendyol Go, Yemeksepeti, Getir, Migros Yemek).
• Support the development and execution of weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for Domino's across aggregator channels.
• Monitor channel performance and identify improvement opportunities to grow online sales.
• Analyze aggregator tools and campaigns (Joker, Flash, CPC, etc.) and recommend improvements.
• Keep product information, visuals and content accurate and up to date across aggregator platforms.
• Prepare regular performance reports and analyses and share insights with stakeholders.
• Monitor price increases, product launches and campaign changes, and work with operational teams to keep systems running.
• Carry out competitor analysis regularly and understand franchise operational needs on aggregators.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in channel management and key account management in QSR or platform business (e.g., Trendyol, Yemeksepeti, Getir).
• Experience in food delivery, retail or QSR is an asset.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
