Channel/Key Account Management & Strategy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Channel/Key Account Management & Strategy Manager to lead our relationships with food‑delivery aggregators and drive growth for both the Domino’s and Coffy brands across Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for food‑delivery channels and aggregators such as TrendyolGo, Yemeksepeti, Getir and MigrosYemek.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for each aggregator, aligning strategies for both Domino’s and Coffy.
• Lead sustainable growth of aggregator sales while ensuring franchise profitability.
• Perform deep‑dive analysis of aggregator tools (Joker, Flash, CPC) and optimise spend using the marketing budget.
• Maintain and improve Domino’s product images and descriptions across all aggregator platforms.
• Identify new opportunities, define strategies and provide solutions to support the online sales model.
• Monitor, analyse and report price‑increase processes for aggregators.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and collaborate with operational teams to meet franchise needs.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in channel management or key‑account management within QSR or platform environments (e.g., Trendyol, Yemeksepeti, Getir).
• Experience in food‑delivery, retail or QSR is an asset.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with innovative and entrepreneurial focus.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and result‑orientation.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills, able to work independently in ambiguous settings.
