Cleaning Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Cleaning Assistant to join our office in Beylikduzu. The role involves maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for staff and visitors, supporting the administrative team with basic hospitality tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of office areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen spaces, restock supplies, and ensure meeting rooms are tidy and ready for use.
• Prepare and serve tea and beverages during meetings and purchase pantry items as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the relevant team promptly.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Physically fit with stamina to handle active cleaning duties throughout the day.
• Friendly, punctual, trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping or office support is preferred.

Required skills

• Safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops and floor‑care tools.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards.
