Client Executive – Large Accounts & Business Development

About the role

As a Client Executive for Large Accounts & Business Development Projects at Gallagher, you will be the primary contact for local, international and multinational clients across non‑life insurance lines, delivering tailored solutions and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present proposals, reports and updates to clients.
• Manage insurance program policies, track premiums and support claims.
• Provide consultancy and training to client employees as needed.
• Execute policy placements, coordinating with insurers and internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire new clients and cross‑sell to grow the portfolio.
• Act as central liaison between clients and Gallagher’s internal departments.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Insurance or related field.
• Proven experience in corporate insurance brokerage, account management or client development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Commercial orientation with ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Strategic and innovative thinking, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Professional, presentable demeanor and strong client‑facing skills.
• Fluent in English; no travel restrictions; military service preferred for male candidates.

Required skills

• Knowledge of policy placement processes and insurance market practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
