Client Executive Manager, Services Financial Institution Sales (Turkey)

About the role

Citi is hiring a Client Executive Manager for its Services Financial Institution Sales team in Turkey, on a fixed-term 12-month basis. The role is a strategic professional who acts as a recognised technical authority in an area of the business, advises colleagues and external customers, and works with a portfolio of bank clients to understand their needs and support the delivery of Citi products.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with a portfolio of bank clients to understand their procedures, organisation and needs, and support delivery of Citi products
• Partner with Sales and Corporate Banking Coverage to expand revenue through cross-sell opportunities
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit and Finance to ensure governance and control
• Drive deals through implementation, monitor revenue retention and report attrition across the client portfolio
• Act as client advocate for the Citi network of more than 100 countries, identify cross-sell opportunities and cultivate client contacts
• Track pending implementation deals, coordinate relationship reviews and respond to client enquiries
• Ensure CITIKYC/AML requirements are met for new business and handle AML enquiries promptly
• Analyse monthly revenue, prepare summaries and forecasts, and communicate findings
• Lead the resolution of customer issues such as pricing and billing, and provide client feedback on products and services
• Adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct, supervise business decisions, and escalate control issues

Required profile

• University degree; master's degree preferred
• 8-12 years of banking experience, including client relationships, back office cash management and/or trade operations
• Knowledge of payments, liquidity and trade products in financial institutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and strong time management and organisational skills
