Cloud System Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud System Support Specialist to join GlassHouse’s Cloud System Support Team. The role involves managing and supporting server, storage and virtualization environments for our customers, ensuring performance, stability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer environments including servers, storage and virtualization platforms such as VMware and KVM.
• Administer operating systems (Windows, Linux) and Microsoft family systems for financial customers.
• Perform performance analysis and drive improvements.
• Handle change requests, patch management and upgrade processes.
• Maintain hardware and software license inventories.
• Track faults and coordinate with third‑party service providers.
• Provide quick vendor support actions when issues arise.
• Stay updated on technological developments and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT sector.
• Experience with installation, configuration, monitoring and problem solving in server virtualization technologies.
• Proven ability to manage and configure Windows and Linux server operating systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
