Cluster Marketing Manager – Turkey, Middle East & Africa

About the role

The Cluster Marketing Manager drives volume, revenue and profit growth for UPS in Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. The role creates and executes growth strategies, supports the sales process and ensures pricing and revenue initiatives align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage in‑country revenue management, conduct detailed analysis and develop initiatives to accelerate profitable growth.
• Optimize contract administration for non‑strategic accounts to protect country‑level profitability.
• Develop, review and implement procedures for timely and accurate pricing, adhering to enterprise guidelines.
• Identify and prioritize market segmentation based on customer behavior to improve lead quality and quantity.
• Define market leadership and value propositions by analyzing market size, competitors and industry trends.
• Create long‑term volume and revenue plans and develop the annual business plan.
• Perform ongoing performance analysis against short‑ and long‑term objectives and provide guidance for improvement.
• Maintain the local CPC report and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Identify service enhancement opportunities and align them with district and regional processes.
• Collect, consolidate and analyze market, competitor and country data for strategic planning.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing, revenue management and business planning within a logistics or transportation environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional country teams and drive execution of growth initiatives.
