Cluster Reservation and Revenue Manager

About the role

The Cluster Reservation and Revenue Manager will oversee revenue strategy for Four Points by Sheraton hotels in Istanbul (Kagıthane) and Izmir, part of the Marriott Hotels chain. The role focuses on maximizing room revenue through effective inventory and rate management across all booking channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimize the Revenue Generation Index (RGI) and top‑line revenue.
• Monitor competitive environment, adjust tactics, and provide weekly dynamic forecasts with variance and budget analysis.
• Configure and manage revenue management, central reservation, and property management systems, as well as distribution platforms.
• Participate in strategic planning, marketing, and budgeting processes, and conduct daily pick‑up analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably within the Marriott Hotels chain.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities, with attention to detail and high organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite without travel constraints.

Required skills

• Opera property management system.
• Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
