Cluster Revenue Manager – Turkey

About the role

As part of Hilton’s Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) Europe, the Cluster Revenue Manager supports a portfolio of Hilton hotels across Turkey, delivering data‑driven revenue strategies to maximise revenue, profitability and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing, forecasting and inventory strategies across the hotel portfolio.
• Lead regular Business Focus Meetings, analysing booking pace, market trends and forecast performance.
• Monitor and drive KPIs such as RevPAR, forecast accuracy, peak‑night strategy and over‑booking discipline.
• Produce accurate monthly forecasts and support annual budgeting using Hilton systems.
• Review results versus forecast and communicate risks, opportunities and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent hospitality/revenue‑management training.
• Hands‑on hotel revenue‑management experience across transient and group segments.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and influence stakeholders.
• Planning and prioritisation in a high‑volume environment; delivers under pressure with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
