Commercial Operations Manager - GH&B Türkiye

About the role

Pfizer is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager for its Global Hospital & Biosimilars (GH&B) business in Turkey. The role drives sustainable growth and commercial excellence across the hospital portfolio and biosimilars, including global hospital brands, Ixifi and the oncology biosimilars portfolio (Ruxience, Trazimera, Zirabev). It leads local commercial execution in retail and tender channels, turns regional priorities into action plans and acts as the main link between Turkey and regional/global GH&B teams. The role reports to the GH&B Portfolio Management Lead (MEA + TUR).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the Turkey GH&B portfolio strategy, set growth priorities and run operating plans, forecasts and business reviews.
• Manage portfolio performance and drive revenue, profitability and market-share targets, with disciplined budget planning.
• Own the Ixifi country brand plan, omnichannel tactics and brand performance, partnering with Medical, Market Access, Trade Relations and Finance.
• Lead the Ixifi field force and the oncology biosimilars national account manager, setting goals, coaching and developing the team.
• Lead commercial strategy for the oncology biosimilars portfolio, assess public and private tender opportunities and build pricing, allocation and access business cases.
• Represent Turkey's priorities in regional and global forums and align local execution with regional strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English; willingness to travel as required.
• Preferred: marketing and brand-management, tender and institutional-business, people-management, biosimilars/hospital-portfolio experience, and experience in portfolio management, forecasting, pricing or supply planning.
