Commercial Project Manager

About the role

The Commercial Project Manager will partner with commercial leadership to drive strategic initiatives across a luxury boutique network. This role oversees new store openings, real‑estate contracts, performance analytics, and cross‑functional projects to support sales growth and brand expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage special projects and workshops aligned with key commercial priorities.
• Lead end‑to‑end orchestration of boutique openings, coordinating merchandising, marketing, supply chain and operations teams.
• Oversee real‑estate activities, including lease follow‑up and contract reviews.
• Provide performance insights, monitor KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support budgeting, target setting and resource allocation decisions.
• Produce regular business reviews, dashboards and executive‑level PowerPoint presentations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and cross‑functional working groups.
• Assist commercial management with ad‑hoc tasks and daily coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5‑8 years of experience in project management or commercial support roles.
• Proven track record in luxury boutique network management, including store openings or relocations.
• Hands‑on experience in performance monitoring and productivity improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects.
