Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

An international organization is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join its People & Culture team. The role centres on supporting compensation and variable pay processes, analysing data and preparing reports, and working with business partners and regional managers.

Key responsibilities

• Support compensation and variable pay processes, including calculation and data validation, in coordination with payroll operations
• Analyse compensation and benefits data and prepare relevant reports
• Monitor market trends and benchmark data to support total rewards practices
• Support the development and tracking of HR metrics and prepare analyses for management
• Prepare monthly, annual and ad hoc HR reports
• Contribute to annual personnel budgets and monitor actual costs against budget
• Work with People & Culture Business Partners and Regional People & Culture Managers
• Support HR digitalization initiatives and HRIS projects, including data validation and reporting

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, HR reporting or a related analytical HR role
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn findings into clear insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good command of other MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to working with data
