Consultant – Client Growth & Insights

About the role

The Consultant partners with strategic clients to drive business growth through a consultative approach, delivering actionable insights and strengthening relationships. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, address challenges, and ensure exceptional service delivery that supports long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic client growth plans by aligning business priorities, identifying opportunities, and driving execution against agreed objectives.
• Monitor client feedback, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and continuously enhance the client experience and service delivery.
• Manage client relationships, collaborate with Analytics, Insights, and Customer Service teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and actionable recommendations.
• Lead issue escalation processes, own the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process, and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
• Partner with Commercial teams to reflect client requirements in account plans and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 8 years of experience in client servicing, market research, consulting, consumer insights or related fields.
• Strong understanding of client sales and marketing challenges and ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership managing strategic clients, projects or cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
