Consultant Sales Manager (Applied Products)

About the role

The Consultant Sales Manager for Applied HVAC products will drive specification of Johnson Controls’ solutions with MEP consultants, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders across Turkey, focusing on major projects in Istanbul and surrounding regions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and position chillers, air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs) in commercial, industrial and mixed‑use developments.
• Conduct technical presentations, product trainings and seminars for consultants, end users and industry partners.
• Secure specifications for chillers and air‑side products, support value engineering, basis‑of‑design development and technical training.
• Develop long‑term relationships with consultants, contractors and end users while collaborating with internal sales, operations, manufacturing and product management teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum five years of experience in the applied HVAC field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, contractors and end users.
• Results‑oriented, tenacious, self‑motivated and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of chillers, chilled‑water systems and air‑side equipment.
• Experience with air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs).
• Ability to provide technical advice and develop HVAC solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
