Controlling Smart Start Internship

About the role

Join Bosch's Plant Controlling team in Manisa for a part‑time internship where you will gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will support both operational and digitalization initiatives while developing valuable finance and analytics skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support Plant Controlling activities such as standard unit costing, BOM comparison, and material cost variance analysis.
• Prepare routine cost tracking reports for plant management and department heads.
• Assist in monitoring CAPEX, investment depreciation, and internal project tracking.
• Support PCOS calculations and product cost evaluations.
• Contribute to efficiency improvement and cost optimisation projects across value streams.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation projects using Power BI, Power Query and AI‑based productivity tools.
• Analyse operational and financial data to provide data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Master’s student, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• Prior internship experience in Plant/Financial Controlling or Production is strongly preferred.
• Availability to work at least 4 days per week.
• Advanced level of English and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Excel VBA / Macros.
