Corporate Account Manager – Client Relations & Service Delivery

About the role

Quintessentially is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for its corporate clients in Turkey. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving client retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client needs across products, services, reporting and operations.
• Coordinate with global account management and technical operations to deliver services, resolve issues and identify efficiency improvements.
• Monitor contractual SLA/KPI targets, produce weekly, monthly and quarterly client‑ready reports, and track overall account health.
• Lead internal status meetings, guide local teams, support new member onboarding and maintain accurate member data in CRM systems.
• Support commercial development by identifying renewal opportunities, tracking market activity and aligning service delivery with client objectives.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing experience with a focus on account management and service delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and present insights to stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms for data management.
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering performance reports.
