Corporate Finance Analyst

About the role

Join Besfin’s Corporate Advisory Team to work on valuations, M&A transactions, and project finance models, delivering real client solutions under senior guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and develop cash‑flow projections to identify corporate finance opportunities.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and sector research across local and global markets.
• Build financial and valuation models that support M&A, project finance, and investment decisions.
• Prepare client‑facing presentations, valuation reports, and due‑diligence documents.
• Support live M&A processes, from company valuation to deal structuring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, or financial analysis.
• Strong command of English; additional language is a plus.
• Curious about AI and emerging technologies.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Financial modeling capabilities.
