About the role

As a Corporate Sales Representative with Hilton, you will be the face of the brand, generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships to drive revenue across our hotel portfolio. Your daily mission is to create memorable guest experiences by delivering tailored hospitality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analysing local market trends and competitor activity.
• Grow existing customer accounts, travel locally to expand market share and drive bookings.
• Negotiate group and corporate contracts, preparing agreements that align with pricing strategies.
• Support local marketing initiatives using creative channels suited to the market.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to develop comprehensive sales programs and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain detailed sales activity records and provide timely updates to sales leadership.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
