Creative Art Director

About the role

Aydınlı Group, a leading fashion retailer in Turkey and the region, is seeking a senior Creative Art Director to lead the visual identity and creative vision of its globally recognised brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated campaigns, brand films, lookbooks and seasonal communications across all channels.
• Manage creative partners such as agencies, production companies, photographers, directors, stylists, motion studios and AI production partners.
• Oversee the Creative Studio, planning resources, prioritising workload and leading multidisciplinary teams including graphic designers, motion designers and AI content creators.
• Ensure consistent brand expression by establishing global creative guidelines and maintaining high standards of typography, colour, composition and visual storytelling.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction or Creative Leadership within fashion, luxury or premium consumer brands.
• Proven track record of leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing agency relationships for integrated projects.
• Strong understanding of branding, omnichannel creative execution and performance‑marketing collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI‑powered creative tools and emerging content technologies.
