About the role
The Creative Director will coordinate with teams across the organization to understand design needs and shape the creative strategy for a vibrant cosmetics brand.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall creative vision and define long‑term strategy.
- Maintain strong brand identity and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Oversee campaigns, product launches, storytelling and brand communication.
- Develop innovative concepts aligned with international luxury beauty standards.
- Guide the creative team to ensure high‑quality execution.
- Support management in achieving long‑term brand positioning and global expansion goals.
Required profile
- Education in makeup art design.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in art design (make‑up).
- Fluency in English.
- Interest in the beauty/cosmetics sector and awareness of current trends.
- Team‑oriented, creative and solution‑focused.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
