Credit Clerk – Hotel Finance

About the role

The Credit Clerk will support the finance team at Rixos Tersane Istanbul by ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and proper account reconciliation. This position plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Check folios transferred to credit accounts and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare and issue invoices according to hotel procedures, supporting documents, and tax regulations.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables, support collection processes, and report problematic accounts to the Finance Manager.
• Perform monthly reconciliations with travel agencies and other business partners.
• Maintain up‑to‑date accounts receivable aging reports and support month‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment and collaborate with multiple departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or hotel management systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
