About the role
The Credit Control Specialist will manage customer receivables, monitor collection processes, assess credit risks and ensure effective execution of credit control procedures. The role works closely with customers, sales, finance, banks and international teams.
Key responsibilities
- Cover accounts for major international clients and communicate regularly with counterparts.
- Reconcile account balances, follow up on settlements and monitor overdue receivables.
- Prepare aging reports and provide insights for invoicing, revenue assurance, cash‑flow planning and bad‑debt management.
- Collaborate with Business Operations, Sales and Customer Service regarding client coverage.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in credit control or a similar position.
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
